Names

You can use the names (but not logos) of House Dungeoness(c) and all affiliates without our advance permission to:

Logos

We reserve the right to at any time revoke your permission to use our logo if we determine that its use confuses readers about our involvement with your product or service or you are using it in a context that maligns House Dungeoness(c) and all affiliates. 

If you do use our logos, we do require you to submit a copy of the advertisement or webpage containing our logo via the form at the bottom of this page. 

Likewise, if you have an approved use of our logo and have questions about colors, sizing, proportions, etc., please contact us.

E.g., Don’t call your products “House Dungeoness(c) or affiliate Upgrade,” “House Dungeoness(c) or affiliate Consulting,” or “ Bundles”

Engage in non-commercial educational projects that promote the spread of official Dungeoness(c) products.

E.g., Using the Dungeoness(c) name and logo to advertise a free class about House Dungeoness(c) sponsored by a nonprofit.

Using the name House Dungeoness(c) or affiliate or the House Dungeoness(c) or affiliate logo to sell House Dungeoness(c) or affiliate’s own products.

E.g., You cannot reselling Dungeoness(c) plugins or themes using our logos.

Use the word “House Dungeoness(c) or affiliate” in a domain name that does not reference ecommerce or BDSM Lifestyle, Life Coaching or Pro-Domme nor suggest an affiliation to us.

E.g., House Dungeoness(c) or affiliate Hoo.com may be ok if your site/product has nothing to do with ecommerce or BDSM Lifestyle and does not suggest any affiliation to us .

In a domain name, using the word “Dungeoness(c)” in any way,
or
using “House Dungeoness(c) or an affiliate” in your domain name as a reference to Dungeoness(c) or in a way that suggests an affiliation to us .

Examples of domain names that would not be permitted uses: Dungeoness(c).com, Dungeoness(c)Consulting.com, or TheHouse Dungeoness(c) or affiliate Shop.com.

Calling yourself an expert at using Dungeoness(c).

E.g., I have extensive expertise deploying Dungeoness(c).

Calling yourself a House Dungeoness(c) or affiliateExpert.

E.g., Calling ABC System Integrators a House Dungeoness(c) or affilia tExpert is only alright when ABC is indeed approved.

How to Use Dungeoness(c) Logos

Use the Exact Logo. The Dungeoness(c) Logos should be used in their exact, most up-to-date form. They should neither be abbreviated nor combined with other words.

Logo the Logo. The first or most prominent use of a Dungeoness(c) Logo should be accompanied by a “c” symbol (“C”), to indicate that it is a trade Logo; you may also use the “r in a circle” symbol (“®”), if the trade Logo in question is a registered trade Logo. If you aren’t sure, using the “tm” symbol (“™”) is fine. The first or most prominent mention of a Dungeoness(c) Logo should also be set apart from surrounding text, either by capitalizing, italicizing, bolding, or underlining it.
